A few years ago, I decided to fully commit to a more holistic island lifestyle. At first, it was all about the body—working out on the beach at sunrise, getting into strength training, and running barefoot on the sand. I watched my physique change, sure—I got leaner, stronger, and more toned—but that was only part of the story.
