PURE ISLANDER Return Policy

Because all of our products are custom-printed just for you, our store doesn’t accept returns. Instead, we’ll replace defective items or incorrect orders sent to you. Just send us a photo showing the specific problem with the product and include your order number.

Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Orders

Islander will replace defective items or incorrect orders. To request a replacement, follow these steps:

  1. Take a Photo: Capture an image that clearly shows the specific problem with the product.
  2. Include Your Order Number: Ensure you include your order number in your communication.
  3. Contact Customer Support: Send the photo and order number to our Customer Support team at support@lucasislander.com.

Returning a Gift

If you received a gift and need a replacement, please follow the same process above. We'll provide a gift card or an exchange for the returned item.

Damaged Items

We accept returns for damaged items either online or within 30 days of receiving your order.

Mailing Your Return

If a replacement has been authorized, please repackage the item in its original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Remove all extra labels from previous shipping on the outside of the box. Apply the return label provided or address the box to:

Send your package via the shipping service of your choice. Keep the tracking number provided by the shipping service and track it via their website. Return shipping charges must be paid by the sender. Islander does not accept packages sent as Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.).

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to process your replacement.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the original item by mail and contact our Customer Service team at support@lucasislander.com. We will place a new order for you at the original purchase price.

Refunds for Gift Card Purchases

If your original order was paid with a gift card or e-gift card, the refund will be issued back to the original gift card or e-gift card. If you no longer have this gift card, please contact our Customer Support department at support@lucasislander.com.

    Just like spotting a ship on the horizon, tracking your order is easy! Within 4-10 days, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email, you’ll find a "View Order" button that takes you directly to live tracking updates. Once on the tracking page, click on "Track Your Package" to follow your order’s journey. 🌊📦

    All of our products are printed on demand and handmade specially for each customer when they order. Every design is created by Lucas Islander, ensuring unique and high-quality custom creations with no waste.

    It usually takes our production team 5-7 days to craft your order. Once it ships out, you can expect to receive it in about 2 to 3 weeks.

    A signature is not required when receiving the package.

    VAT is charged on orders equal to or less than 150 EUR shipping to European Union member countries.

    Customers that are members of the European Union countries are responsible for the import VAT and duties on orders over 150 EUR.

    Returns & Refunds

    If you ordered the wrong size or color, please contact our Customer Support or email us at support@lucasislander.com. Our products are custom made just for you, so after 12 hours they will be in production and we can’t make any changes to your order.

    If that’s the case, please wait until you receive it. If you're not happy with what you received, we will replace it for you.

    If you're not in love with your product and would like to have it replaced or refunded, please contact our Customer Support within 30 days of placing your order. We’re here to help and ensure you get the island vibes you deserve!

    Note: All FREE items are non-refundable. However, if there's an issue with the product received, a store credit or replacement is an option.

    You’ll need to pay a shipping fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include the original shipping costs.
